Getting started

PhilGEPS Login as Supplier or Merchant

Use the official PhilGEPS portal for merchant access. This guide explains how to identify the right login path and what to do when credentials or verification are unavailable.

Where do suppliers log in to PhilGEPS?

Start at the official PhilGEPS website and follow its current merchant/account navigation. Modernized services and legacy references may coexist during transition, so do not rely on an old screenshot or an unverified search result.

A SmartGEPS account is separate from a PhilGEPS merchant account. Never enter a PhilGEPS password or one-time code into SmartGEPS forms.

Forgot your PhilGEPS supplier password?

Use the official portal’s account-recovery process and the business email associated with the merchant account. Check your mailbox and Spam/Junk folder, and contact official support if recovery cannot be completed. Do not create a duplicate merchant identity just because a password is forgotten.

Keep recovery codes and verification messages private. SmartGEPS support cannot reset a government account.

Modernized PhilGEPS login and PhilGEPS 1.5

PhilGEPS modernization has changed routes and service availability over time. The official transition advisory and later transition reminder are better references than “PhilGEPS 1.5 login” pages copied from an earlier period.

Follow the current official sign-in link presented by PhilGEPS, confirm the domain and read the current notice before using a legacy bookmark.

After login: use PhilGEPS as a supplier

After access, confirm your merchant profile, review relevant opportunities, read the complete official notice and follow the stated submission procedure. Registration does not qualify you automatically for every project. Continue with opportunity discovery and notice review.
