How to Check if a Company Is PhilGEPS Registered

Registration status should be checked through the official PhilGEPS service and current merchant records. A company’s registration does not by itself prove eligibility for a particular procurement.

How can you check PhilGEPS registration?

Use the official PhilGEPS website and its current merchant or verification service. Match the legal business name and identifying details to the official record or certificate, and check the status and validity shown by the source. If the service requires account access, use the authorized merchant workflow.

For your own account, retain the official confirmation and certificate. For another supplier, request the official document or use the verification facility permitted by PhilGEPS and applicable procurement instructions.

What information should match?

  • Legal business name and organization identity.
  • Registration or merchant reference shown by the official record.
  • Membership/status type and validity or issue date.
  • Any certificate details required by the specific procurement.
  • Consistency with the bidder’s submitted documents and authorized contact.

Do not infer current validity from an old screenshot, marketing badge or a similar business name.

Registration is not the same as bid qualification

PhilGEPS registration allows participation in the platform’s merchant processes; the procuring entity still applies project-specific eligibility, technical, financial and post-qualification requirements. Read the requirements guide and bid preparation guide with the actual solicitation.

Handle supplier records carefully

Request only the information needed for the procurement or verification task. Do not publish passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary personal data. When a record is unclear, contact the official service or procuring entity through the stated channel.
